Cancellation Policy
Please note: All scheduled appointments require a 50% deposit.
There is a 15 minute grace period for all confirmed appointments. Any clients that run later than the 15 minute grace period, will be automatically cancelled without a refund.
Deposits are ONLY TRANSFERABLE when rescheduling 24+ hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable.
If a client NO SHOWS, the card on file will be billed for the remaining balance due.
